I gladly accept returns and exchanges 
Contact me within: 21 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 45 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with a non hygeine craft product for whatever reason, please contact me to arrange for a return and refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. • Each artisanal soap is hand made and may vary in shape, weight, and appearance. Soap bars are 1.7 to 5.7 oz. • Please do not use soap if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. • Every soap is tested on us, but please stop using should it disagree with your skin. • PLEASE NOTE prior to purchase there are no returns accepted on skin care or hygeine products • Soaps are wrapped with care and shipped in a protected package

How to Download a Digital Item

Quick answer

You will be sent a purchase confirmation email that directs you to the purchase confirmation page. There, you can stream and watch or download the digital product(s).

 

You can download or stream product files immediately on the Confirmation page. Or you can access the products at a later time, through the purchase confirmation email. Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from the purchases orders section of your account.

 

If you have questions about an item or order, your seller is the best person to help you.

Please check a few things if your having a problem You may not have received an email if:

  • The email address was misspelled  
  • your email could not be delivered due to an email bounce
  • The order is marked Pending (or incomplete) by PayPal

 

Digital items are available in two categories: 

  • Instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card or Stripe, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you. 
  • Made-to-order downloads: Digital items that the seller will make to your specifications after you purchase them. The seller will send your files to you once they have completed them. 
I can’t find my download notification email

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding our shop to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

For now, you can still access your digital purchases in your account.

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your account:

  1. Sign in to nancytranter.com and go to Your account.
  2. Go to purchases orders
  3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

There are generally 5 limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.

If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

When will I receive my made-to-order digital item? 

The delivery window for made-to-order digital items will take 3-5 days. 

Once I finish your order, you will receive an email with of your digital file please make sure you can receive 8mb file sizes. If you can't recieve 8mb file sizes a direct download link from a server will be provided to you upon request. 

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an account.

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. 

Made-to-order digital items will be sent once I have finished them. If you no longer have access to the email account you used to make the original purchase, please contact the me directly to discuss how I can send you your files.

I’m having trouble downloading my files.

If nothing happens when you click the download links, there may be an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars you’ve installed and try again.

If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact the seller through email for further assistance.

The type of file you’ll be downloading is shown under the Highlights section of a digital listing. If your computer is unable to open the file, you may be missing the program required to open the file type.
